Frivolous Fixations

So i am scolding Arzeb on some naughty act and he is standing on the bed facing me.  Getting his shorts off , diaper down, other diaper up and shorts up. Meanwhile He replies to my mumblings with a ' Mumma,I lub u karna hai', I give him a quick hug and say a quick 'I love u'. Then he puts his cheeck to my lips and hugs my neck saying, ' Nahi aishe nhi aishe I lub u karna hai'. So I kiss him, hug him tightly and say 'I love u'. Definitely i forgot wat had ticked me off.

So i called the Aadhar seva centre a day before n a lady asked me to come there around 11:30 am. Middle of the day meant  I had to take leave, and after searching the area i finally reached.( small centre in residential area) I entered to find a man and a small girl talking to a lady behind the first desk. Room was hardly 10x10 sq feet. Me: Ye aadhar card ka centre hai naa? Girl nodded. Lady: Aap aadhar card ke liye aayi ho? Me: Ji Lady: Aaj toh ladka nhi hai, aap dopaher mein asakti ho balke aap kal aao. Me: Madam maine phn kiya tha aapko aur aapne 11 baje ka time diya tha, main offc se chutti leke aayi hun. Lady: chutti lene ki kya zarurat thi, itna time thodi lagta, kahan rehte ho ? Me: Rehti pimple saudagar mein hun par offc hinjewadi mein hai, kab aati kab jaati Lady: accha ruko phir So she talks to the man and his daughter next 10 mins. Amazing Premise to tell a story, superb special effects no doubt. But the real 'fight' comes in too late and is a bit too short. The first half is a bit tedious as well as confusing at to what agenda is being applied by the villians. The second half or we should say the interval brings a lot of clarity. Superman is Lovable but Batman is the 'Man'! Wonder Woman has an excellent screen presence( even though its a miniscule role). A special mention of Lex(Jesse Eisenberg) who acts amazingly 'eccentric'. All in all, Superman vs Batman is a very good movie but Marvel comics movies are more 'Amazing' and less 'Darker'.

  With women security going out of the window nowadays - internet is full of people talking about different court cases. Many viral videos have emerged too- stand up comedy, poetry, rap, simple question and answer session. What I fail to understand are these viral video makers seriously interested in the issue or are they just looking for their "15 minutes" of fame. Because some of the videos (I repeat "some") seem so forced and time consuming- after watching I was like 'We already knew that.' Believe me I being a woman am totally in for "fighting our rights" and "demanding security" but why "rap" about it? Who is going to watch it?  [some of the videos are 30 mins long] Instead it would be better if we took simple steps while travelling - helping our female co-passengers in buses or trains if they feel vulnerable. Decided to write this post because I am tired of hearing the line "PK was just like Oh My God" which is actually analogous to saying "Every love story is like DDLJ" As its not. I am briefly going to describe the lessons in PK but before  that the major difference between "OH My God" and "PK"- Moral of the story in "Oh My God" - Believe in the creator and worship him but not the created who sell in his name. Moral of the story of PK - All human beings are equal. Did anyone else understand the Biggest Metaphor of the Movie? TABU - The beautiful and Deadly KASHMIR which is burning itself and is confused who to side on with as it loves everyone equally. HILAAL Meer - The country which neglected and devalued her and now considers her treacherous and responsible for all wrong befalling it. Legally deserving her but morally not. KHURRAM - the opportunist which gained control over her and value her more than life but has sacrificed ethics in order to achieve her. Maybe Legally Deserving her but morally not. HAIDER - Her son who wants her badly enough to destroy everything around him as well as inside him. His Lust knows no bounds. Not deserving her Legally or Morally.
