Swish swish swish The birdie flies all around Swish swish swish hair on top forms a crown Swish swish swish It loves to fly Swish swish swish Never tires of the sky Blue little birdie Blue little birdie Where do u fly? Close to hills Near the sun High up and high Blue little birdie Blue little birdie What do u eat Small red worms Yellow lite corns Anything sweet A flower bud named Buddy, a caterpillar named Andy Became real best friends Shared stories and candy But came some days When they couldn't meet Andy became a butterfly Came looking upbeat Couldn't find Buddy and But then heard a cry Andy became a Flower While he learnt to fly! The sun yawned loud Pushed aside clouds Looked at the trees Who felt fresh and free Then he smiled at me I walked the path in glee Play time for outdoor Bye bye dear indoors
